Once you click the "Book Your Holiday" button below you will be taken to our secure payment providers page. Simply enter your deposit amount and make your payment.
Details of how much you need to pay can be found in your email with our quote. Your travel planner will then begin the process of making sure everything is in place ready for your trip.
Please be aware that although we will always book your holiday as quickly as we are able, there may be delays as the smaller accommodations are very busy and have few staff. Your booker will keep you as up to date as they can on how things are progressing. If you are booking for the following year, please also keep in mind that some places will not open the following year's diary until they have finished the current year's bookings. This may mean a delay in completing your booking, but rest assured that we are on the case and will not forget about you!
If we have issues with availability then we will either move you to the nearest accommodation of an equivalent standard, or contact you with alternative options for you to choose from.
As soon as we have everything booked for you we will send you through a Booking Summary, which will list the accommodation, the room(s) we have booked, and a website link to the accommodation itself. Shortly after this you will recieve your invoice so that you can make a deposit payment for your holiday.
By sending us this form you confirm that you are going ahead with your booking and are entering into a contract with us to provide your holiday. Once your holiday is booked, any changes you make will incur an administration charge of £25.00 per change, so please ensure that you have completed this form correctly before submitting.
